Our growing business is looking for a couple of Coordinator Assistants to help out our team.
Summary of Position:
The position will support the Project Coordinators by Breaking down lay schedules Processing customer returns Job clean up Working with our Shipping Department Other tasks needed Job Specifications Strong Data Entry Experience is required Construction or Precast preferred Customer Service Previous experience in a Coordinating atmosphere Has previous experience using E&P software and Microsoft Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner Detailed oriented, works with a sense of urgency and is a quick learner Excellent organizational, communication and motivational skills This will be be a salaried position that gets paid weekly.
Full medical, dental, vision and supplemental benefits are available after 60 days of employment.
